Shenaniganz Festival Deposit
We're thrilled to have you as part of the Shenaniganz Music Festival by Accent Performances!
A deposit of $200 per performing group must be received to process the registration.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Paypal, Google Pay, Venmo
Check (must be received within 30 days of your registration)
Please note that we do not accept Purchase Orders as a form of payment.
Accent Performances is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for all participants. We are excited to welcome you and your ensemble to our festivals! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
Payment Schedule
Accent Performances requires the following payment structure to make the process smooth and manageable:

Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 per ensemble is upon registration.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before your festival.
Please note that all payments must be made in U.S. Currency.

Final Count Guarantee
To ensure a smooth event, please guarantee your minimum ticket count 30 days before the event and make your final payment. The Invoice Contact will receive a reminder email 45 days prior to the event to confirm or adjust your numbers.
By the 30-day deadline, please provide a detailed breakdown of student and adult participants, including the number of students using Season Passes instead of purchasing tickets through Accent Performances.
It is your responsibility to confirm final counts, regardless of email reminders. After the 30-day deadline, ticket totals cannot be decreased, but additional tickets can be purchased at the festival registration table, with full payment required at that time.
Refunds
Refunds for overpayments will be processed within 30 days after the festival date. Refunds are issued to the organization. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued back to the card. If the refund amount exceeds what was paid on the card, a check will be issued.
